Sit as comfortably as you can. Your spine must not touch anything.

Purify your mental, emotional and physical atmosphere from any irritation, negative emotions, negative, limiting or destructive thoughts.

You are going to promise three things: harmlessness, givingness, forgiveness. These are very great concepts and they create a true atmosphere in the human being. Then consciously and willingly promise this things to the Almighty One Who is everywhere. You will be harmless, as much as possible. You will be giving as much as you can. You will be forgiving. Forgiving means also detachment from the "I"identification.

After that you are going to love all beings. You are going to express a tremendous love starting with your beloved ones and then expanding it to the whole surface of the earth to all beings, to all life. A great love will start to flow; you must feel that love.

In your imagination sit on a mountaintop. The mountaintop is foggy and there are lots of clouds, but you feel that the sun I shining beyond the clouds. Make a tremendous effort to disperse these clouds, create cloud rents, to contact the sun. Eventually the sun will shine on you.

Say, Oh Self revealing One, reveal Thyself in me. That is the prayer of the Solar Angel. It is the Solar Angel who really reveals yourself to you.

Say three OMs. With the first OM, see a blue star, and then from that blue star a blue light will come to your head center, which is one foot above your head. When it hits the head center you will see a blue light coming out. Then again, see the star. A golden light will come to your heart center which is one foot away from the body. You are concerned with the centers in the etheric body, not the physical body.

You will see the third light which is orange coming to the ajna center (center between your eyes). You have three lights coming in, blue is going to the head center, gold is going to the heart center, and orange is going to the ajna center. These three form a triangle.

The first OM is for the head center. The second OM is for the heart center, and the third OM is for the ajna center. Link them together.

After you make the triangle, imagine again your head center as a big lotus one foot above the head and see the blue light, and in the blue light a little Angel sitting there. Sit by Her or Him and feel tremendous joy.
